I think it's only if your Paypal is linked to a bank account, and if it's linked to a Debit/Credit card, either you or I still have to pay the fee. I don't know for sure though, but send it as a Gift anyway. If it doesn't work, I will ask you to pay the fee as well, because I don't want to lose my earnings. Well, here's some information and examples of what I can do.
For characters/subjects of pieces, here are some things I can draw:
- Equine; horse, pony, unicorn, pegasus, etc.
- "Dragon"; almost any kind of mythical beast-type thing, really.
- Bird and related creatures; griffon, harpy, etc.
- Human; I rarely upload human art here, but it's at the same level.
Other creatures I can attempt to draw, but it may not be to the same standard as the above.

There are however some kinds of art I will not do:
- Flash animation. I'm still learning to use Flash, it's iffy.
- Traditional art. I can draw it, but don't have a camera/scanner so can't show it.

The background will mostly be a white or a very dark-almost black/black depending on the dominant color of your character. I also like to add a glow-like quality to these. This type of commission is something I made up purely from my personal osession with glowing and bright pictures
