Was previously a character named Tilly but I never got around to really drawing him so then when I did, he underwent some pretty drastic changes, color wise, and took on a new name!

not short for Rudolph. It's just Rudy xD

-His messenger bag & hat is almost always worn (they go together) since he's usually delivering mail or something :3

-Take note of his: long cheek fur, fluffy tail, sleek coat everywhere else. Especially ears, they are not fluffy.
